First, you’ll learn the 8 stages of the “Sales Funnel Framework” and perform a self-audit of your own farm’s sales process. The workshop will study two examples of farm sales funnels in action so you can see how they work in practice. By the end of the workshop, you'll have a clear roadmap of what you need to improve and optimize your sales funnel this winter.
