The Organic Association of Kentucky’s annual farming conference, in its 16th year, is expected to bring together over 350 participants, including beginning and experienced farmers, researchers, ag professionals and government personnel from Kentucky and the region to continue the momentum of building a local, resilient and healthy food system. The primary focus of OAK Conference programming is on-farm production systems, tools and techniques, organic practices and on-farm conservation, highlighted through keynote speakers, an organic research symposium and dozens of farmer-led conversations and informative sessions over two days.

Your sponsorship powers farmer-to-farmer education! Revenue generated by conference sponsors is foundational to supporting the success of the event. The early and significant support from sponsors, partners and funders allows OAK to offer scholarships, keep registration affordable, provide delicious, locally-sourced meals and support expert farmers to speak at the conference.

Sponsors can count on high visibility in print and digital promotional materials before, during and after the conference. The audience reach is estimated to be 350 at the event and more than 20,000 through event promotion. 

Sponsors enjoy connecting with conference attendees during the two-day Trade Show on Friday, January 29, and Saturday, January 30, 2027. All services and products made available to attendees through the Trade Show must be approved for organic production or otherwise serve the identified needs of organic and sustainable farms. The conference venue provides each sponsor with an eight-foot table and two chairs.
