Organic Farming Conference - January 25-27, 2024

Join us for OAK Conference 2024: Adopting Practices, Increasing Resilience, and Strengthening Systems. The Organic Association of Kentucky’s annual farming conference, now in its 13th year, includes hundreds of Kentuckians and neighbors active in our community food systems: farmers, researchers, nonprofit professionals, federal and state agency partners, allied service providers and community members working collectively to build a local, resilient and healthy food system. The synergy of these diverse voices, messages and approaches combined with the place-based connection to our Kentucky farms, soil and communities provides a rich foundation for conversation and growth. The primary focus of OAK Conference programming is on-farm production systems, techniques and practices.

Your sponsorship powers farmer-to-farmer education! Revenues generated by conference sponsors are foundational to supporting the success of the event overall. From the venue to the delicious meals and being able to pay expert farmer speakers, the early and significant support from sponsors, partners and funders allow OAK to offer scholarships and keep registration affordable. 

SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS

Sponsors can count on high visibility in print and digital event promotional materials before, during and after the conference. Audience reach is estimated to be 450 attendees at the event and over 20,000 through event promotions. Sponsors enjoy connecting with conference attendees during the two-day Trade Show (Jan 26-27, 2024). Sell products and share services. All services and products made available to attendees through the Trade Show must be approved for organic production or otherwise serve identified needs of organic and sustainable farms. OAK provides 5 ft tables and chairs, and electricity is available for equipment and displays. Please note that due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate all Trade Show requests. Participation in the Conference Trade Show is open to Sponsors first, and if space is available after October 1st, 2023, the remaining spots will be made available to exhibitors on a first come, first served basis.
